Short summary
Hall Monitor: Helga appoints Phoebe as hall monitor and teaches her how to do the job. Phoebe then becomes a stricter hall monitor than Helga. Harold's Bar Mitzvah: Harold runs away from his Bar Mitzvah, thinking he will retain his childhood this way.
Bar Mitzvahs are usually a celebration for a boy of 13 becoming a man. This would make Harold 13 years old not 9 like the rest of the gang.
