» » Hancock The Radio Ham (1961– )

Short summary

In Tony's seedy flat, he has a massive ham radio set up, which he wiles away time with talking to improbable foreigners. But when an opportunity to be a hero arises from a distress signal, Tony's not up to the challenge.

In October 1961 the original cast re-made this and "The Blood Donor" for the Marble Arch record label.

George Michael sampled the line "Stop playing with that radio of yours. I'm trying to get to sleep" for his song "Too Funky."
