A very tired, lonely man named Howard moves into a house that holds a strange presence. That presence draws the attention of a young woman named Caitlen, who since a little girl has wondered about this mysterious house next door.

Howard is a young man who is quiet, tired and lonely. As he is moving into an older house in hopes of starting a new life after losing his wife and child, things go from strange to horrifying. During this, Caitlen, an upbeat curious neighbor who seems to have an obsession with the house, invites herself over for dinner, intruding on Howard's life. Spirits from the attic and crawl space, in which past occupants fell victim to, are unleashed and both Howard and Caitlen find themselves facing a fate worse than death.
