What a film! Its not often that such an issue hits the big screen - and who better to take a shot at it than the brilliant Salvatores. He truly manages to bring that unique feeling of 'il profondo sud' to the film. Silvio Orlando is top-notch and portrays his character so realistically! That is what makes this film special: you can truly feel the characters feelings, motivations and emotions. Im not gonna say anything about the plot as anyone interested in indy films should watch this regardless of its theme!
