The guy is a top tier survivalist but realized he had to depend on his neophyte partner if only for mental support. She didn't know much but her humility, a great attitude and fortitude brought her through. If he really did catch that bird in his trap - that is pretty much the first time in four seasons that someone's trap has worked. Frankly I am a little suspicious, but I give it the benefit of the doubt. Awesome teepee as well BTW. I could see Trenton going through to the XL challenge. WTG guys!

Season 4 Episode 5: Fire on the Mountain

Outdoorsman Trenton and student Jennifer are taken to a mountain ridge in India where they must try and deal with the rise and fall of the temperature as well as their different experience in surviving out in the wild.

Here's another extremely strong episode that once again features two characters that I really liked. I really enjoyed the dramatic swing of the two of them not really feeling one another but I thought it really worked out well as the episode went along. I'm not going to spoil where the title comes from but it was certainly a nice twist. The two leads really made this a very enjoyable episode with some nice action and situations.
