One of the Main heads of the Organisation Johnson is revealed to be the Real Mask in Part 2 (it was at first thought to be Brady, but at the end of Part 1 he denied it), which can be teased when Amy tells KC and Ernie that the real Mask had been closer to them then they think, hence it being someone thought to've been a good guy that works for The Organisation. The fact that Johnson may actually be a villain has actually been foreshadowed a few times throughout the series prior.
