George Kuchar was an original. There's no question about that and over the years he has gained a small cult following. I haven't seen too many of his movies but I will gladly admit that I really have no idea what this is about. This fourteen-minute short has various people talking about random things until out of nowhere the focus comes to a mysterious fog, aliens and science. ANDY'S HOUSE OF GARY isn't a masterpiece and as I said it doesn't make any sense to me but I'm going to guess that was the point. We see Kuchar in the film with a camera filming and talking about something that doesn't appear to be the subject of this film. The performances for the most part is good but it would be hard to recommend this film to anyone outside the director's fans.
