A member of the Organization has supervised the hijacking of a load of whiskey. But the job didn't go smoothly, leading to a severe injury to the driver. The FBI is assigned to the case because the shipment has crossed state lines. As a result, the Organization wants such hijackings to end until things cool off with the law.
