Julie and Mitch have a problem and it's in the shape of a plus sign. The two of them have to think about a huge change in their life... a child. Still acting like kids themselves, the couple sit on the edge of a tub in a cramped bathroom to discuss the matter in private.

Filmed in secret by Jørgen Pedersen, it was created as a birthday present for the writer Libby Pedersen.

Kevin Pollak appears on the box of a pregnancy test as a spokesperson. It even makes reference to his film The Whole Nine Yards (2000).

Multiple pregnancy tests litter the bathroom floor. One brand, YPF, references the film Young People Fucking (2007). While Fruitful Endeavour is the pregnancy test from Batman: Arkham City (2011).
