Fievel was looking forward to Green River's rodeo, training with Tiger for catching prairie-dogs, but his parents expect the kids to be on European best behavior for papa's younger sister from Russia who will be visiting a week, so fancy clothes and no rodeo, nor cat friend Tiger.
