They are forced to wait and watch as their beloved city is being destroyed by the Scarlet Sentinel. When Zordon and Alpha 5 finally unveil the newest ranger, the others are in for a shock!

Originally, Jason was supposed to remain the leader, but Austin St. John was fired from the series, so new dialogue for Zordon was added at the last minute naming Tommy as the new leader.

Rita mentions that Bulk and Skull remind her of human versions of Squat and Bamboon. There was a myth at the beginning of the series. Surrounding, whether the four were one in the same. Same was made about Zordon and Ernie.
