Seems I was on the naughty list this year as I had to sit through this movie.

1/10 is generous but it is Christmas

The only reason this movie is getting a 2 is because of the cover art. That's it. What a load of crap.

I can see the best in a B movie and have fun maybe where others couldn't. But this is worse than I've ever seen. It could win the award if there's one. Really Poor production, script, cast, wardrobe/ makeup, and directing. Money would have been better spent feeding the homeless or providing housing than worthless stuff like this. Really baddd

I was fortunate enough to catch a screening of this at a film festival (under the title Stirring) and I was really surprised by how much fun it was. Obviously shot with a low-budget, Mrs. Claus doesn't let that get in its way. If you take a chunk of To All A Goodnight (complete with the prologue prank gone wrong) and throw in a few dollops of Black Christmas and Silent Night, Deadly Night, you might get some idea for what this film is trying to achieve.

The cast is a mostly appealing bunch, it's fairly well shot, and the special effects are pretty terrific. I must thank the filmmakers for casting Brinke Stevens and Helene Udy and giving them more than just thankless cameos (which seems to be a plague among many indie horror films - if you're casting these pros, give them something to do). They're given a good deal to do here and they're a blast to watch.

If you're looking for a deep, thought-provoking horror film, this won't be your thing, but those of you looking for a fun throwback to mindless 80's slashers will find a lot to enjoy.

Usually I will skip the low budget movies but this one was actually pretty good. No doubt there's the usual low budget things going on throughout. It was entertaining though (intentionally & unintentionally) and cast was good enough to keep me interested. I liked the main character girl. Or maybe I'm just a sucker for Christmas Horror.

Sorority sister Amber hazes and abuses the wrong psychotic fat chick and gets killed. Fat chick hangs herself. A decade later Amber's sister joins the same sorority. Someone in a mask does the killing with only one suspect. Brinke Security is on campus.

This is your basic slasher. One suspect. The "twist" was hard pressed and an example of bad writing as was the script. I did like the pot scene. Can be passed over until it is on a DVD10-pack.

    Guide: F-word. Nudity (Daiane Azura)

It doesn't scaried me at all, I only watched it because it had a high score in IMDB when I watched with very positive comments, now the score is lower around 4 and it is still too high for it. It is very predictible, and it has a terrible script and a terrible story. Don't waste your time unless you have nothing else to do

If you want to watch horrible acting and horrible script and horrible kill scenes and an all around horrible movie watch mrs clause. I only give it a 2 instead of a 1 because some of the kill scenes are so bad its funny.

A true horror as in horrible. Actresses look like they belong in the before shot of a plastic surgery spot not to mention their acting skills were worse than their unibrows and that was no small feat. If you are forced to choose between this gem or rabies....go for the rabies.

I was looking forward to watching this movie, thanks to its amazing cover. Well, I didn't expect it to be a movie with a low-budget to be honest, and I didn't expect it to be a "Party Night" 2 either (same male actors, same director, same boring party with the characters leaving the room one by one to get killed). However. The murder scenes were pretty well-made, and I just loved the way Mrs. Claud killed her victims with Christmas accessories. I had a really good time watching the movie and watching them Christmas-die and I will definitely not see Mrs. Claus the same way I used to. A good movie for the holidays.

The movie could be better..it is rather a grade B movie with some positive points, the artists have potential but the movie did not allowed the artists to give their best

Mrs. Claus is an entertaining slasher horror thriller! With an off the wall Christmas theme and story. It's totally low budget and maybe even micro budget -- yet it works. It delivers chills, thrills and gore galore. Not something I'd watch over and over yet it's overall a solid horror thriller. Worth checking out.

Others have compared this movie to classic slasher movies. This movie MIGHT be compared to those, but the sound quality and effects, the poor special effects, acting, the script, lack of believability in several of the scenes, the casting and so on are on a level that might have been OK in the seventies, but not in 2018!

I barely felt any compassion for any of the victims since they were mostly portrayed as a little bit unsympathetic. Of course not as bad so that they deserved to die, but still not so that I felt really sorry for them dying either. This movie barely deserves to even be called a horror movie in my opinion but a splatter movie, since it had more focus on gallons of blood floating around and gushing out than being really scary. This is in my experience what happens when filmmakers are not really able to make a horror movie scary , but confuses having a LOT of blood and guts with what makes a movie scary.

Yes this is like a B rated movie, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I myself love B movies and holiday slashers, but this one was entertaining. The beginning seemed a little messy, but as the movie progressed, the better it got. The kills were bloody and great as well. Most of the acting was pretty decent too. Fans of Brinke Stevens will be pleased to see her playing an officer who is investigating the disappearance of a sorority girl, whose same sorority is under attack by a masked mrs. Claus killer during a small Christmas party. I will say that the killers identity was sort of easy to figure out, but they throw quite a unforeseen twist in towards the end. If you're a fan of B slasher movies, then give this one a shot. I personally enjoyed it, especially some of the bad acting.

After getting this movie I really enjoyed it. The cast did a very good job and the fact that Helene Udy and Brinke Stevens had more than a small cameo and were included in the story was great. Good special effects as well.

Everything was terrible about this film, ultra low budget, terrible acting, bad concept, rubbish characters, poor camera quality, poor production. this is entry level film making from the school years, anyone giving this movie more than 3 stars doesn't know anything about films can't believe some people actually giving this trash movie like 7 or even 10 you people must be sarcastically giving it 10 lol. I watched 10 mins of this garbage and then changed the movie. Watching a plant grow is better than this film or staring into blank space. This film 0/10 can't call this a film

This is clearly filmed with a consumer bought cam. Way too many of the girls have that hideous painted on eyebrow look. So unattractive. The plot is excruciating slow to move forward. The direction sucks. Soundtrack? Bad. Acting is dismal. And there is virtually no action

It's basically a re-hash of a rehash of a re-hash of a re-hash. The best part is the hanging which literally goes on for like close to 5 minutes and is unintentionally hysterical.

Any way you look at it, getting your friends to star in a direct 2 video claptrap is not a wise move.

Also Mr. Writer and Director: if you are gonna make a dumb flick like this that rips off successful genres of the past, don't you realize that you need an abundance of nudity? Like every 10 minutes. Get it straight.

The new holiday horror hit Written and directed by Troy Escamilla brings us Mrs. Claus! It is a lot of fun and gives us plenty of gore and creative kills ala 80's Slasher style! It's pledge week and the sororities are making there pledges to many things to prove they really want in! Delta Sigma Sigma, has there focus on Angela (Mel Heflin). An Innocent teen who will do anything to gain acceptance. Licking toilet war is bad but what they have in store is truly humiliating. Amber (Kaylee Williams)the head sister really pushes the challenges, but she passes all there tests and welcomed in the sororities. Flash forward to Christmas and everyone is having a great time and the Sorority. But Amber still wants to make sure she is the top girl and doesn't like how comfortable and how popular Angela has become. So when there exchanging gifts, Angela unwraps one that represents a terrible thing from the night of pledges that humiliated her. Angela loses it and that night brutally murders Amber and hangs herself. Now ten years later Ambers sister Danielle (Hailey Strader) joins the same sorority and is questioned about her choice. Now the annual big Christmas party is set to take place. But someone posing as Mrs. Claus is against it and will stop it from happening. Danielle is getting cryptic threatening emails from the poem the "A Vist From St. Nicholas". It's a warning about the up coming Christmas party but goes ignored! Now super hot party girl Sophie (Daiane Azira) is missing and her mom reports it. Her killing is a highlight of the movie and one of the most creative viciously done kills Mrs. Claus executes. Eveverything is just getting weirder and weirder by the moment for Danielle. Then an unexpected visit from Angela's mom (Helene Udy)occurs. She verbally assaults Danielle and leaves! Then walks in scream queen icon (Brinke Stevens) as a bad ass campus officer warning everyone to stay in and cancel Any more party plans. Sophie is still missing And Mrs. Claus is whacking her way through the rest of the cast. Little by little you begin to unravel and figure out who the killer is...but do you really know who it is?

Danielle then receives an unexpected visit from Angela's mother, Mrs. Werner and let's just say she is not there to wish Danielle a Merry Christmas. Mrs. Claus is one bad ass mother, that's Slasher her way though the Christmas season. Wow I was really really surprised on how much I liked....no loved this. This is. Slasher lovers dream. There is enough killings and blood for 2 movies. The way the killings are executed and well thought out and so much fun! I was taken back to the Slasher era once again and giggling like a teen! Blood, boobs, fun dialogue, Blood and so many creative kills. This is top rated and highly advised.

To have Brinke Stevens and Helene Udy in one movie in such strong roles was a tribute to them and a reward to all horror fans. To see such icons not just do a cameo but plum roles is a early Christmas gift!

Troy Escamilla is 2/2 first with Party Night now Mrs. Claus. Troy is a master of his craft and knows what his particular audience wants and he delivers! He not only films the movie but takes you into the movie with his talent of scaring you and making you feel your part of what is unveiling in front of you. The characters are talented and really deliver. New comer Hailey Strader is very like able and really does well with a complex major role. Hope to see a lot more of her.

If you pay attention and take your eyes off off the Character Sophie at the beginning you will notice a poster of Party Night in the background!

Now I want to see sequels to both of these....I need more!

Merry Christmas and this will help!

The movie is available for pre-order through Amazon currently.
