Short summary
Dr. Fuji was a brilliant scientist who was trying to clone the legendary Pokemon Mew. He also lost his daughter Ai (Amber in the English dub), in a terrible car accident, Dr. Fuji became obsessed with trying to bring his daughter back by cloning her so his wife leaves him. This is the story of Mewtwo's origin.
This is included as a extra on the North America DVD of 'Pokemon: Mewtwo Returns'.
First created and produced as a radio drama that broadcasted over the five Sundays leading up to the premiere of Gekijô-ban poketto monsutâ - Myûtsû no gyakushû (1998). Eventually, the play was animated and edited into the movie as an extended prologue.
