A site specific film based on, and filmed in a medieval chateau in Pontivy in Brittany. In 2006 the town installed 'Possession Ovale', an art installation by Koki Watanabe, in one of the underground chambers of the chateau. The chateau predates the installation by more than 500 years, and yet the art work is integral to the space, or at least to the modern day visitor's experience of it. It is as though all the events and people of the chateau's past have left their trace in this endless cycle of water.
