Short summary

According to director Andrew H. Enriquez, the concept for It Happened Exposition Blvd. was inspired by a late night drive through L.A. Upon seeing the street sign, Enriquez remarked to co-star Grace Bosley: "That would make a great title for a film noir parody!"
