Short summary
After Cottonmouth and Scarfe's bloody clash, Luke realizes that saving the community may turn former allies into enemies, and enemies into allies.
As the episode opens a voiceover from the radio show "Trish Talk" is playing, a show hosted by Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor), the best friend of Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter). Trish is a main character in season one of Marvel's Jessica Jones (2015). Luke Cage also appears in a few episodes of that series, and Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) appears in the last episode of season one, and even references that appearance in this episode.
At the end of the episode, when Misty is talking to her boss, her boss makes a reference to Fisk from Marvel's Daredevil (2015).
