All of the principle cast were 17 years of age or under at the time of filming.

The entire film was shot in five full studio days, one additional studio half day and a half day on location.

All the sets were built in an open-plan studio and comprise either two or three walls per set, leaving one of the walls out completely as a reference to its stage-play origins.
