A social worker gives Jim the keys to his new house. Jim unpacks his few belongings and tries to make himself at home. Who is Jim, and why has he been re-housed? Who are the kids that film anti-social behavior on their mobile phones and how will their actions affect Jim? Is Jim simply a lost soul seeking to escape a downward spiral of torment, or will there be a more sinister conclusion to the confrontation that follows when it is Jim who appears in the grainy footage of the mobile phone gang?
