12/15/17. A decent documentary series that looks at the environmental causes of poor health. While many of these causes point to man-made inventions and institutions, it does raise the issue of what can be done about them. Surely, the efforts go way beyond the individual level. In fact, most of the episodes point to a societal responsibility to correct what ails humankind. However, I do not see this as excusing us from trying to live as healthy as possible through good health behaviors (good diet, daily exercise, adequate sleep and good stress management), it, however, does behoove countries, governments and institutional entities to do their part to enhance their citizenry through measures, policies, etc. that promote healthy living. Worth watching
