A teenage girl named Claire (Samantha Ibanez) has always wanted to make a difference, she soon gets an email saying she was chosen as part of the American Youth Suicide Hotline. Her 'close friend' Aaron (Anttwon White) tells her it's not a good idea and that you can't change people's mind. Claire ignores this and soon gets her first call from a 13 year old named Mia (Darlenne Chacon). Will Claire be able to save Mia's life or will Aaron be right all along?
