William Brake was the best agent of the D.I.C.K (Deadly Investigator Consultant for Kicking- asses). On a mission to Mexico (French Emprire), under cover of SLUT (Supra Leadership of United Territories) and in collaboration with the DUMB (Destruction United for Mondial Be- happy), William Brake is ambushed by members of the OAS (Organization Terribly Secret).
