When a 20-something artist and jewelry designer from new york and her best friend see some things they wish they hadn't, they decide the only medicine is a shamanic spiritual journey across the United States to California. Despite their intentions to discover self and dispense with vices they end up going on an epic tour of debauchery and mischief. Ultimately discovering who they really are, and also discovering that what they thought had seen in New York was not the whole truth. Inadvertently, Vera also discovers she has telekinetic powers and is a witch, and Megan discovers that she can communicate with her soul mate, Elias, when sleeping.
