Short summary
Ezra and Aria are successful with their book. This motivates them to do something more than working together. Hanna tries to reconnect with Caleb. Spencer, Caleb and Mona conveniently discover a file and, inherently, the truth about Charlotte's origin. Alison admits herself into the psychiatric ward. Veronica Hastings wins the election. It is revealed that Charlotte DiLaurentis (aka Cece Drake) is not, in fact, Ali and Jason's sister, but actually their first cousin. Her mother is Mrs. DiLaurentis's twin, Mary Drake.
