Hugh Herbert is a nervous millionaire who goes to a sanitarium for treatment of his affliction, which immediately worsens when he ends up in the hands of two escaped convicts, who fully intend to kill him.
This short marks the return of legendary comedy director Del Lord. He was brought back to Columbia's shorts department in 1946 to direct additional two-reelers for producer Hugh McCollum, especially ones that starred Hugh Herbert since he refused to work with fellow director Edward Bernds. Lord would leave the studio for good in 1950.
