Hooker's Holiday (1973) watch online HD

HOOKER'S HOLIDAY, currently in print on Vol. 84 of Something Weird's Dragon Art Theatre series as well as a reissue by Alpha Blue Archives, is listless, generic XXX footage about two prostitutes and their non-adventures. As a result, much of the film was surreptitiously re-used as ballast for the movie SUCCUMB, a re-do of LEI'D IN HAWAII that fails to adequately merge the two disparate story lines.

Actually there is no storyline in HOLIDAY, merely scenes of the two hookers servicing some clients, both before and after they fly to Burbank for a holiday. It's more of a working vacation, as the tricks keep on a comin'.

This makes for below-average grindhouse fare, with emphasis on the grind. Nothing interesting happens, and the SWV version I'm reviewing has no beginning or ending included, just porn scenes for porn's sake. The reprise of this same footage in SUCCUMB is more interesting because the viewer is forced, with nudging from the unhelpful narrator, to try and make sense of the nonsense that literally has nothing to do with that film's main story. Without that context, it's just random footage.
