"Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People" is an Emmy-winning documentary-style television show that showcases the authentic stories of the people, places, history, culture and language of the Cherokee Nation.

With Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People, Cherokee Nation became the first tribe to win an Emmy.

"Osiyo," (pronounced Oh-see-oh) means "hello" in Cherokee. "Siyo" is a shorter way to say hello, such as "hi" is to "hello."

Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People was created by and and is written, produced, directed and filmed by an all-Native American crew.

Producer/host Jennifer Loren and Director Jeremy Charles met on the project and married in the summer of 2017.

Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People was the creation and concept of Cherokee Nation citizens Amanda Clinton, Jennifer Loren, Jeremy Charles and Muscogee Creek/Seminole citizen Sterlin Harjo.
