"kiss them, kiss me arms Tilly. Kiss them with your Teeth".

So begins for me the most memorable short movie i have ever seen. A beautifully crafted piece, with a nougat centre, if 'Tilly and the Teeth' were a chocolate bar it would be Curly Wurly. In tone it reminded me of something Gondry might have done as a student, though this film is most definitely Irish in its rooting. The performance of the young protagonist is breath taking. The effects were also top drawer, much better than anything you would usually see in a short with this kind of budget - deft touches of blue and crimson in Tilly's wings, still linger in my head. To conclude a really enjoyable short and a admirable follow up to the nicely directed, yet sometimes poorly acted 'GreenHorn' from 2001.
