I don't think anyone on the outside can understand what the patient and donor experience during this time. In this film you have the opportunity to truly understand what each patient is experiencing. The person in need of a donor must keep faith in someone being willing to carry through a procedure with immeasurable risk. The donor, in this case unrelated, has to find it in their heart to provide new life to someone.
