Grant Mowery is drunk and ready for a fight, and he gets it. But Marshal Scott's shot isn't enough to kill him. He stays alive long enough to have Clay draw up a will for him. His estate will be split three ways - Marshal Scott is the third party. Obvious to the reason, Clay decides to try and save the Marshal's life and figure out what to do.

Two mean men ride into town, wanting to collect their inheritance, which currently is taking up residence in an old suitcase found in a hotel room.

The plot was pretty darn ingenious. I haven't seen this story too often, though something sort of similar occurred in The Rifleman.

There are a lot of witty sayings in this episode, which always makes it more entertaining.

    Two dead, one wounded.
