Burning the Map (2002) watch online HD

This has grown to be my favorite surf movie, and in truth, I am not completely sure why that is. Though the cinematography seems a bit amateurish the movie itself has a simple purity I love. I have watched it numerous times just because by the end of the movie I feel I have left the states and enjoyed the a moment where I too can run away from home and enjoy the simple life of an Indo surfer. Compared to the corporate standards that most surf movies are forced to comply with in order to be made, Burning the Map stands by itself and is enjoyable on a number of fronts. Even the music score seems to match well with the break from the stagnant predictable and nonsensical rap commonly associated with modern surf movies - how rap and surf go together, I will never understand.
