A raw and earnest portrait of the relationship between a heroin addict, her twin sister, and their parents. Through the eyes of the filmmaker, we see a family as it struggles to deal with the effects of addiction. By interweaving her parents' bouts of suspicion and denial with observations of her sister's isolation and self-reflection, the filmmaker attempts to express, expose, and ultimately understand the three people closest to her: her family.
