Watching this documentary, it is clear that Portugal has changed a lot in the last 50 years, mostly for the better, sometimes for worse. It is a freer, more urban, multiracial, multicultural, less illiterate country, but also an aging one, which continues to have difficulty to compete economically with the rest of Europe.

The use of archival videos and photos from the 60s and 70s allows you to immediately ascertain the differences between the past and the present.

For all the Portuguese (and others) who want to know and better understand our recent past and the changes the country has experienced, this documentary is a good starting point.
