An art student moves into a house owned by a mysterious woman. She discovers that her new artistic talent comes from beyond this world, revealing very deadly secrets about previous residents.

"Illusionism" received three awards at the Atlantic City Cinefest (October 2015): Best Director: Tony Picciotti, Best Actress in a Feature Film: Sammy Hickman and Best Supporting Actress in a Feature Film: Joan Chak.

Fun Fact #1: Lead actress, Sammy Hickman, actually painted some of the art work in the film.

Fun Fact #2: The entire film only took about 2 weeks to shoot.

Fun Fact #4: The cast got lost driving to set one day because it was raining so hard.

Fun Fact #5: A good majority of the cast already knew one another! Olivia and Nick went to the same high school and now go to the same college. Julie and Nick worked together on a production years ago. Sammy, Olivia, and Julie all took acting classes together, etc.

Fun Fact #6: A good majority of the film was shot on location at a real haunted house. The cast would hear footsteps on the first floor when filming was taking place on the second floor.

Fun Fact #7: Olivia Regan, who plays Meredith, also assistant directed the film.

Fun Fact #8: Julie Zimmer, who plays Traci, and Sammy Hickman, who plays Alice (best friends in the film) worked together on the film, The Fifth Door, where Julie's character bullied Sammy's character.

Fun Fact #9: Joan Chak, who plays Vera, was a school principal and teacher for 34 years. She loved working with the young, talented cast of Illusionism.

Fun Fact #10: Julie Zimmer (Traci) made prop throw up out of water and crushed cookies for Sammy Hickman's (Alice) scene when she pukes in the bathroom.
