This is on top of the best Korean dramas I watched and loved from the bottom of my heart.Park Shin Hye's performance is great. This drama tells how a woman became strong because of brutality upon her. Yoo Hye- Jung's mother died when she was little. She became good at fighting so that no one can underestimate her. She lived at her grandmother and became good at study. When her grandmother died because of a doctor's mistake, she became a doctor to take revenge.

    Love PSH !

Doctors is one of 2016 hit dramas and you could find it on the hot lists throughout the year. And though it started promising, for me, it kind of turned out to be a bit boring. The story is about a girl who had problems growing up, with school and with her family. After her beloved granny dies, she decides to make her grandmother's dream come true and become a doctor. Meanwhile, she develops a close relationship with her teacher, who also rents a room at her grandmother's house. But they grow apart after the granny's death and a school scandal. Ten years later, the girl is a doctor working in a prestigious hospital, when she meets her old teacher again (who's a doctor as well by the way). Okay, I have to admit, I love the full of drama background stories, in which the hero is so unfortunate that everything that could possibly go wrong, well, goes wrong, but, in the end, he or she strives. So, the first few episodes were my favourite. However, the ten-years-later story was okay at first, but became really boring in the end, to the point that only the medical stories were interesting. The romance was weak, as well as the love triangle, as the characters didn't have lots of chemistry. The performances were good and the surgeries were very realistic, to the point that you had to look away when they opened one's scalp. Anyway, because of the first episodes and because we could see the development of the character, 3 out of 10.

In a world where medical dramas seem to be as common as a penny on the street, Doctors, also known as Doctor Crush, manages to shine. The main character, Yoo Hye Jung, is the poor tortured soul and certified bad girl during her childhood. After falling in love with her teacher Ji Hong, the same teacher that her friend Seo Woo is harboring feelings for, she decides to turn her checkered past around and dreams of becoming a doctor. However, once Seo Woo jealously spreads rumors about their love in school, coupled with the passing of Hye Jung's grandmother due to a botched surgery performed by Seo Woo's father, there seems to be no hope of Hye Jung turning her life around. Years go by and Hye Jung has become a doctor and is assigned to a hospital, the same hospital where her former friend Seo Woo and her past love Ji Hong work. Not to mention Seo Woo's father who is making moves to grab full control of the hospital. However, this is all part of Hye Jung's plan to expose the medical malpractice of Seo Woo's father and finally get justice for her beloved grandmother.

There are several reasons this drama is so refreshing. To put it simply, Hye Jung kicks butt. Hye Jung proves that she can take care of herself. Never running from a fight and being able to survive in less than ideal conditions, Hye Jung is certainly a fighter and a strong female character in the realm of Korean dramas. In addition, this story takes a different approach to relationships and dating and deviates from the classic script of on again off again, external factors are keeping the OTP apart. This drama actually shows the realistic relationship between Hye Jung and Ji Hong and the trials they go through, the relationship's development, and the hardships each person faces while trying to stay devoted to each other. Top it all off with good cinematography, a great plot, and a great cast of characters and great performances, you will want to know what happens next at the end of each episode. This show is definitely a must see.
