This case is not hoarding. This woman is insane. I hate how the producers and therapists on the show were minimalizing what she was doing as a result of "attachment" issues! Are they kidding!? Alot of people have attachment issues, OCD, this is neither. This woman is out of her mind!!! She needs to be put in a mental hospital, she clearly should not be living and taking care of herself. There are insane people out there. And there is a difference between a hoarder who can't let go of anything, yet still lives in a fairly sanitary home, and insane people who haven't a clue that they are sleeping on piles of feces and dead things.
