Short summary
Investigator Witse of the Federal Criminal Investigation Department is after the killers of a jeweller. In between he wrestles with a private problem: his boss has an affair with his wife. After a heavy collision with him, he is promoted out of the department. He is appointed as Chief Constable of the Federal Criminal Investigation Department at Halle, where he will lead the murder section.
