A recently fired P.R. in an early morning jogging is preparing for a job interview, over the phone. The big break he's been looking for all along comes with the sound of a car crash, deep in the woods.

Lazar recently lost his job as a P.R. He's taking an early morning jog through the woods. But the job interview he was supposed to have over the phone turned out to be a dud. His phone talk with his girlfriend is stopped by a sound of a car crash, deep in the woods. Curious and poised... he finds a small jeep. With three recently deceased, suspicious men... and a briefcase. Lazar took the opportunity. He found money. And trouble. But is it more than he can chew?

The initial idea for the script was to be a thriller depicting an important day in a company struck hard by the financial crisis. It was supposed to have a story told from the perspective of four characters, but the hero of the story would be a fifth character. It was scrapped for a more action-packed chase story. Eventually the idea for the final script emerged from the behind-the-camera ethical dilemmas. It was selected at the advice of Mirjana Mijojlic.

The main character is partly inspired by the leading actor, Stefan Buzurovic. The role itself is written for Stefan.

Slobodan Bestic took on the role of villain because he was looking forward to a challenge of playing a bizarre character playing a common soul.

The extra playing a very dumb thug actually has a Master in Programming and Higher Mathematics.

Tomislav Tankosic actually played two criminals, consecutively. After playing the former - he shaved his head only to maximize the difference in their looks.

Mirka Vasiljevic was turned down for the role for appearing only two days before the shooting.

The woods in which a bunch of gangsters have killed each other in the story is the woods in which supposedly prominent assassinations did in deed happen.

Vuk Draskovic, a Serbian politician, actually did accidentally enter a shot during the shooting of a scene in the woods.

The script writing inspired "The Principle" series.

A part of the film was shot in an abandoned construction site of a mall, mostly consumed by a nearby forest. A shot actually presents a vegetable garden that is yards away from it.
