Short summary
Revenge is the new motivation to move against British rule in the town of Nassau. The new season opener, continues in the battle started in season 3 finale. Captain Flint, Long John Siver, and all the characters return for one final, swashbuckling ride in season 4 to complete the prequel to Stevenson's classic tale, Treasure Island.
The actor who plays Captain Berringer, Chris Larkin, is actually the older brother of Toby Stephens, the actor who plays Captain Flint. They are both sons of Dame Maggie Smith.
Flint refers to Blackbeards ship as The Revenge. Possibly meaning the man of war is now named Queen Anne's Revenge. But in truth the Queen Anne's Revenge was a frigate.
