A patient goes to see her doctor about her sick baby, but is the doctor who he says he is.

Poor little Billy has developed a bad case of asthma, and with this his mother takes him to the doctor to be checked. Luckily for billy, a special new inhaler has been designed to possibly help him. But this inhaler is so special it might be the death of poor little Billy as the doctor isn't really what he says he is.

Most of the voice work of the suffering baby Billy was voice acted by the writer and director, Julius Whiteman, himself.

The short was made on a budget of £1.39 - of which you can see what it was spent on in one shot when the doctor opens his desk drawer.
