Short summary
Dealer, a Dingo drug pusher, offers Jay a taste of 'Spin' and soon the boy is addicted. His best friend Brad wants to get help, but also promised Jay not to squeal.
While many cartoon series in the 1980s did at least one episode on the dangers of drug abuse, this one is most notable as being the only such episode in which the drug addicted character actually dies of a drug overdose at the end of the episode, and the audience is then shown a part of his funeral.
