Short summary

When a fire breaks out at the Hill Station in the early morning, I.A.D. Jim Shipman blames the already suspended Lt. Buntz. Belker is forced to finally take a look at his mother's paperwork. LaRue attempts to one-up a TV reporter broadcasting live as he opens a gangsters cellar.

The title is credited to baseball catcher and manager Yogi Berra who is known for his colorful literary phrases.

Mary Jackson, who plays Mrs. Sussman, is best known as Emily Baldwin, one of the Baldwin sisters on The Waltons.
