This is one of the strangest movies I have ever seen. I can't call it a horror, neither a comedy. An Asian horror-comedy with intense drama will I call it. It's about some teens from a school, that releases an evil spirit named Pob (or something). This spirit feeds on living creatures liver, and it specially like human liver. Something that results in the police finding many dead bodies in the school, with the liver missing. So it's up to the teens to stop this spirit, and they get help from a half ghost, half human guy who reminds me of an American rapper. The movie is worth to see. It's not boring, just a bit confusing. And it also includes one of the coolest transvestites of all time shown in a movie. Watch out for the story he tells about the student and the snail. This movie gets 9 out of 10.

This was an exceptionally idiotic movie, ranging broadly between horror and insipid comedy, and never really works well as either. An ancient demon possesses the sexy friend of a group of teens and eats the livers of whomever she can. Teens eventually catch on and go after the demon, who jumps bodies to escape. Not much of the storyline makes a lot of sense, much is just intensely inconsistent, illogical, and silly. Most of the humor borders – or leaps headlong into – on the sophomoric, most having to do with sex (the demon, named Pob, can be chased away by special anti-Pob condoms that you blow up and throw at her….). The acting is quite good, but the film never develops a coherent plot line, interesting characters, or the remotest sense of dramatic pacing to be very memorable.

This movie is about a ancient female ghost 'Pop', this ghost has been bidden by an exorcist several years back in a village. A group of university students arrived in this particular village and by an accidental event the ghost possessed the beautiful classmate, Ker. A series of events developed from then on when they came back to Bangkok.

I have watched this movie several times already. It always entertained me. If you are looking for a movie that makes totally sense, or must have any logic behind it, just skip this movie, but if you're looking for some weird Asian comedy-horror, this is a must see! This movie is very unique and it was something new back then in 2001 when it came out in Thailand, so be open minded, it may be weird, yes, weird, but it is really worth to see.

Another masterpiece. Busload of students teach impoverished natives exercise to improve their wretched lives. Malcontent wino heckles them the village beyond help, it is cursed. That night, the hottest girl from the bus bathes in the haunted lake and is swiftly possessed by liver eating ghost. Two heartbeats later, students back in Bangkok, and the once-shy girl now has an appetite for boyfriends. Guys who soon turn jaundice yellow and die of liver failure. More comedy than horror, comedy also silly and juvenile, though plot points are inventive. Of course she is harvesting livers. Their backs is to her, briefs down, shortest route = the back entrance. Add a gushy trans-gender, an out of place dance party, chases through ventilator ducts, a flying shaman with umbrella and magic condoms, and you have a knuckle-headed winner. Definitely worth a look.
