Short summary
In a returning role as a villain, Ice-Guy, one of the Un-Good Gang, comes back to the City with a plan to keep the Heroes busy. This time, instead of Snowmen, he's got a new Snow-Bot, with the freezing blasts that are causing trouble for Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid, as the fiendish plot nears its conclusion.
The second appearance of Ice-Guy, the villain from the 2012 Christmas Special: "It's Christmas Time, Hero-Man".
Sidekick Kid's Boomerang has been upgraded to a "Bigger BOOM" brand.
The 2nd straight episode with a Robotic foe, though this one is remote-controlled by Ice-Guy.
First appearance for the "Hero-Mobile MACH 2"--a yellow-colored vehicle for Hero-Man. Further, from this episode forth, Sidekick Kid travels by other means, and is no longer passenger in the Hero-Mobile.
