After being shut down by Even and Emma confronting Isak about his sexuality at the end of the last episode Isak has a lot on his plate. Dealing with his parents divorce, friends not understanding him and his love life, Isak hasn't been able to sleep much in the last couple of weeks. He's been distancing himself from his friends at school, snapping at his flatmates and ignoring both Emma and Even at school. He finally breaks down and goes to the school Nurse to try and get something to help him sleep. She instantly figures out its about matters of the heart and instead gives some good advice to Isak. To find a friend who he can confide in about the pain he is going through and let all of it out.

The episode titles is usually taken from a line of dialogue. In this episode however it is taken from the first line in the song "Hate Me Now" by Nas, that plays in the first scene.

This is the third appearance of Astrid Elise Arefjord (Dr Skrulle), but the first appearance since season 1.
